Warranty Claim
- Tech Diversity offers 1 year of Service warranty on Mouse, Keyboard, Headphones, and all other products which will come with warranty facility. All these products will have 7 days replacement warranty. As tech Diversity is official distributor of Keychron, it will offer 1 year of replacement warranty.
- If a product is found damaged during handing over, Tech Diversity will refund the whole money or provide another fresh product . If the product has been damaged in your responsibility; we will be unable to offer a warranty.
- If the Product is damaged during any modification, it will lose the warranty claim. All physical damaged products after purchasing will lose its eligibility to claim any warranties.
